For payments by bank transfer, the IBAN details are automatically communicated on the pro forma invoice generated upon validation of the order. The order is processed and shipped after receipt of funds.
Transaction security
Payments by credit card and Stripe are processed via an SSL/TLS (HTTPS protocol) connection. The banking data entered does not pass through our servers and is never stored by BioGoût: they are processed directly and exclusively by PCI DSS certified payment providers.
Card payments are subject to the strong authentication protocol 3D Secure 2 (3DS2), in accordance with the European Directive on Payment Services (PSD2).
Billing
An invoice complying with B2B accounting obligations (number, date, contact details of the parties, VAT numbers, details of lines excluding tax and tax included) is issued for each order and can be downloaded from your customer area.
For intra-community customers outside France with a valid VAT number, invoicing can be established VAT-exempt upon presentation of the intra-community VAT number before validation of the order.
