Organic natural roasted cashew nuts

Cashew nuts*, the fruit of the cashew tree, are harvested manually. The shelled nuts are separated from the cashew apple and then briefly steamed to inactivate the acids and weaken the shell. They are then dried, sorted by size, shelled and peeled. The cashew nuts* thus obtained are finally dry roasted without salt, sorted and packaged. Our products are carefully selected.
